D&T Full Laundry Service is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, weak seams, aging fabric, pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, color bleeding, shrinkage, fading, or missing care labels. We’re also not responsible for items left in pockets or for specialty items that weren’t disclosed before processing.
Pickup and delivery orders left at a customer-designated location are left at the customer’s risk.
If we determine we’re responsible for a loss or damage, reimbursement is limited to the lesser of the repair cost or fair market replacement value, up to the caps below. No consequential, sentimental, or indirect damages will be paid.
